Shipping and Delivery 

 

Tracking your order

You can track your shipment here using the waybill number included in your order email.

Delivery timeframe

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery after payment has been processed. All delivery methods are considered over business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Courier

We deliver orders via third party courier services, such as Courier Guy. Available delivery options will be shown to you upon checkout. Please not that some options may not be available depending on order weight and/or your location.

Please note that while we will do our best to ensure speedy delivery, Korean Motor Spares cannot be held responsible for unforeseen shipping delays incurred by couriers or postal services after the order has been handed over to the courier.

Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery during business hours at the delivery address you have provided. Should the courier attempt delivery and no one is available to collect, additional charges may incur.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are estimated based on the volumetric weight of your order, as well as your location. If you are in an outlying area for the couriers, your shipping charges may be more than our estimates. We will notify you immediately should there be any additional charges added to the initial estimate provided when your order was placed.

Please note that your order will only be prepared and handed over to the couriers once the payment has been processed.

 

After Fulfillment

In the event that your order is found to be incorrect or damaged upon delivery, a refund or exchange will be made as soon as we are advised of the damages within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. For further information, please refer to our Return and Exchange page.
