Placing Your Order

You can create a new account on the Register page. You can access the login/register page via the My Accounts icon (next to the search icon on the header) or under the My Accounts menu found on the site footer.
We use PayFast as our primary payment gateway service. If you choose PayFast as your payment option upon checkout, you will be redirected to the secure PayFast platform. Please refer to payfast.co.za for questions related to PayFast.

Alternatively, we offer direct bank transfer (EFT) as a second payment option. Please note that orders will not be processed until the payment is reflected on our accounts.

If you need to make any changes to the shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible, as no changes will be possible after fulfilment.

Please note that order details such as the item type and quantity may not be changed after the order is finalised.

If you have chosen direct bank transfer (EFT) as your payment method, your order will automatically be put on hold until your payment is reflected on our accounts. We will update your order as soon as we confirm your payment.
